Hypho Holmium Low Power Laser – 35 Watt

The Hypho Holmium low-power laser is a very affordable high-end solution to treat stones in an optimal way!

The unique SuperPuls function ensures minimal retropulsion, which keeps the stone in place and allows a dusting effect to take place even more efficiently.

The Hypho laser can be combined with different types of laser fibers, which have been carefully tested and certified by us. We have also developed special laser fibers for disposable scopes. The Hypho low power Holmium laser is located in more than 25 locations in the Netherlands and is a product for which Mayumana has designed a complete unique product together with the manufacturer and now is available to the UK market.

Combination of laser and laser fiber. Without a good laser fiber it is much more difficult to break that one large stone. And without a good laser, that artfully designed fiber cannot do its job. The Hypho low-power Holmium laser was developed in collaboration with various suppliers of laser fibers. As a result, we have achieved a perfect configuration for several manufacturers, giving us an extensive portfolio in the field of disposable and reusable laser fibres.

The Hypho Holmium laser is the ideal laser for applications in urology and other medical fields (e.g. ENT, orthopedics, gastroenterology and general surgery). The laser with 35 Watt power is easy to operate and has a dusting mode for stone treatments.

In addition to these modes, we have created a special pulse, the Superpulse, which ensures that minimal retropulsion occurs during the treatment of different types of stones. This reduces the stones to dust and is reminiscent of the Thulium Fiber technique, but for a fraction of the price! The pulse is based on an extremely long pulse instead of two short pulses as other techniques offered on the market. The Hypho is a modern Holmium laser that does exactly what the laser is needed for.
